    Review the proposal, deliverables, timeline and acceptance criteria. Work starts after approval and the agreed deposit.

    We implement the solution and review progress with you at agreed checkpoints.

    Test it together

    You test against the acceptance criteria. We address agreed fixes within scope before sign-off.

    Complete the handover

    Approve the completed work, settle the final payment and receive the agreed handover and guidance.

    Keep improving, if useful

    Choose optional continued support, Managed Operations or ongoing FDE capacity. New work is agreed separately.
